Breath: The Wyverns

The Wyverns are a local gang of mixed species origin. They tend to fall outside of the usual groupings and tend to skew to the antihero aspects of life as a supernatural creature.
The name comes from the fact that they tattoo a particular rune onto their throats that allows them to breath fire.
They're mainly composed of people who thought they would be the chosen ones for a particular disaster, but then it was someone else. Usually someone else who was a lot more competent and dedicated and with a kinder heart. Stuff like that.
They're generally not the worst, or even villains, but they tend to get in the way.
