Aberration: Chosen Ones

In every generation, there comes a handful of young people who Fate decides should be responsible for the fate of the world. Or at least, for Midnight Town. This is because all of the adults were busy with their lives and recovering from the trauma of when they were the ones forced to be responsible for the fate of the world. Destinies are for the youths.

• There's just a bunch of teens who end up being in the thick of things
• Everyone doubts them
• And they usually don't fit into the usual blocks of whatever species they might be
• They are all aberrations from the norm, even if that norm is exceedingly weird
