Zereph

"Change is inevitable,
and he embodies it,
he embraces it.

Stability is an illusion,
safety is futile,
laws rotten to the core.
Do your best to combat change,
for in the end,
it always triumphs."

Zereph (also known as "The Weaver of Discord") is one of the prime deities in the Eldar pantheon. He is recognized as the god of chaos, discord and strife.

Divine Domains

Trickery.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Zereph's primary symbol is that of a patterned lozenge shield, half-black, half-purple. Black represents a static world. Purple represents intensive change.

Tenets of Faith

Zereph has an eternal internal desire to upset established order and where things have settled; shake them up. For his chaotic and destructive nature, he was banished to the Nether, and from there he contacts his followers and encourages them to break laws, disturb the peace and cause inconveniences. He promises his followers and afterlife of endless chaos, having them work as his agents of chaos in the Nether.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Since Zereph is trapped in the Nether, he is focused on causing as much discord as possible to the other Nether gods. If any of the Nether gods were to succeed in their efforts, Baator for example, Zereph would shift his focus towards toppling his dominion, underlining his lack of allegiance to any god or creature, only chaos.
