Immora

"Cruel is the world,
to evil forever it bows,
and fleeting is the will to rebel.

Behold, The Lady of Flame!
A beacon of justice,
a fist of truth,
her blade forever red
with the blood of the unjust.

Open your heart to her spirit.

Let fire rage upon your foes
and bring salvation.
Have the courage which others lack.
Suffer as others would not dare.
Make the sacrifice,
cleanse the realms,
so the world may know peace."

Immora
(also known as "The Lady of Flame") is one of the prime deities in the Eldar pantheon. She is recognized as the goddess of fire, determination and the purging of evil. She is the sister of Hela and mother to Baator.

Divine Domains

Light, War.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Immora's primary symbol is that of an ash-brown kite shield with a red sun in the middle. The ash-brown colour represents her skin, as depicted in ancient manuscripts. The red sun represents the sun, obviously.

Tenets of Faith

Immora is a devout enemy of all evil and her followers are constantly at war with beings such as evil humanoids, undead, monsters, fiends, fey, giants, dragons etc. Her teachings tend to focus more on intelligent beings; those who choose to do evil, and beings evil in nature (e.g. undead, fiends) are to be purged as well. Zealots of Immora have no room for weakness, they have an important task and cannot let emotion take hold of their judgement.

Immora's followers hold fire sacred above all else; the light that illuminates the darkness and will cleanse this world of horror and pain. Fire is their primary weapon as well and many of them can wield fire magic. It is also highly important in their rituals, especially during the cleansing ceremonies, or "witch burnings" as commoners refer to it. That is when they tie captives to a large bonfire and set it ablaze. That way their souls won't find their way to their evil gods in the afterlife.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Immora means to purify the world, by any means necessary. Midgard is only the first step and she offers her followers an afterlife in which they train for war against the Nether gods.
