Asgard Federation

For over 200 years the three families of the federation fought each-other relentlessly until they finally agreed on a truce and a joined federation with mutual benefits. Until then, enemies abound had led them to the verge of mutually assured destruction, had they remained at war with each-other. Originally it was the Stenberg leader Sindri who suggested a joint peace-summit at Blómdalr. All parties accepted and upon meeting the Blomgrens and Thorwalds were surprised to see what an elaborate plan Sindri had drawn out to maintain the peace.
The agreement seemed desirable for both Blomgrens and Thorwalds, even though they had been sworn enemies for a long time. They agreed that Blomgrens would remain fairly autonomous as long as they supplied Thorwalds & Stenbergs with enough food to survive the long winters and Hakk would be named the Jarl of the federation, handling external and internal affairs. All was surprised to see that their enemies would become their friends but in the end the agreement seemd to be fruitfull to all. The Stenbergs didn't get any explicit role in the federation but they did supply all parties with a friendly discount on ore.

The purpose of the federation is to use their respective area of expertise to rule over mountain, land & sea without fighting with each-other.
