Utility Feats
These feats help those with many miscellaneous tasks and abilities.
Your keen senses are heightened beyond that of most people. Whether these senses were heightened through training, through the loss of other senses, or they simply matured as you did; you gain the following benefits:

Blood Hound
Prerequisite: Wisdom 13 or higherYour keen senses are heightened beyond that of most people. Whether these senses were heightened through training, through the loss of other senses, or they simply matured as you did; you gain the following benefits:
- While conscious, whenever a creature that is small or larger moves, within 10 ft. of you, you immediately become aware of its presence.
- Your attack rolls do not have disadvantage against invisible creatures that you are aware of.
- You have advantage of Perception and Survival checks that rely on sound and smell.
Iron Gut
Prerequisite: Constitution 13 or higherYou eat like a giant and drink like a fish. Years of punishing your liver and stomach have led to a powerful fortitude. You gain the following benefits:
- You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.
- Upon completing a long rest, you regain 1 additional hit dice.
- As an action, you can spend hit dice to heal yourself, as if you completed a short rest. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier per long rest.
Titanic Build
Prerequisite: Powerful Build or Brawny Feat- Your Strength score increases by 2 to a maximum of 20 or by 1 if you already have the Brawny Feat
- You have advantage on Athletic checks when competing against another creature (Ex: Grapple Checks, Arm Wrestling etc.) that is medium or smaller and doesn’t have powerful build or the Brawny feat.
- Your powerful build is replaced by “Titanic Build”. Titanic Build: You are considered two sizes larger when determining carry weight and push pull lift.
NEGOTIATOR
You have honed the knack of the deal and counter-deal, perhaps by crossing words with creatures accustomed to getting the upper hand in any negotiation. You gain the following benefits.- Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- When you try to persuade a creature to engage in a course of action or to change its attitude with a Charisma (Persuasion) check and fail, you can retry the check on your next turn with disadvantage.
- When you purchase a good or service, you can make a Charisma (Persuasion) check opposed by the seller’s Wisdom (Insight). If you win the contest, you secure a 10 percent discount on the transaction. Once you use this feature on a given individual, you can’t use it on them again for one week.
- During downtime, when you pay for lifestyle expenses, they are halved.
SURVIVOR
You are well-versed in surviving in hostile environments, even thriving where others are sure to perish. You gain the following benefits.- Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You require only half the food and water normally required for a creature of your size.
- You can withstand extreme temperatures indefinitely and automatically succeed on saving throws against extreme heat and cold for a number of days equal to your Constitution or Wisdom modifier, whichever is lower. After this time, you must make saving throws as normal, until you spend 24 hours in a comfortable temperature.
DRAGONSMITH
You have studied the craft of turning components from a dragon’s body into weapons and armor. You can create weapons and armor from the teeth, bones, scales, hide, or other parts of a dragon. The cost to create these items is half the normal cost of creating them. The number and type of items that can be made from a particular dragon's corpse is up to the GM, but considering how much violence must be inflicted on a dragon to bring it down, the amount of salvageable raw material is low; dragons don't die from superficial damage.Deep Diver
You’ve spent more than a natural amount of time underwater, and your lungs have grown to hold more air. In addition, you’ve become more adept at handling your movements while swimming.- The amount of time you can hold your breath is tripled.
- You gain a swimming speed equal to half of your base movement speed.
Trail Expert
You’ve learned the complex truth that there are no living things that can’t be tracked. Once you’ve caught the scent of a trail, your quarry is as good as found.- Your Wisdom score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You have advantage on all Wisdom (Survival) checks made to track a creature.
- While navigating, you instantly know the moment you are lost.
