SAVY

Beginning when you choose this role as your specialty, at 1st rank, and again at 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th rank, you can choose a Savy.

Part of the Crew

At 1st rank, you've become the bridge between the crew and the captain. You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and (Intimidation) checks when dealing with the crew. Also you have advantage on on Wisdom (Insight) checks when checking on the crews morale.

Training

At 2nd rank, you take it upon yourself to train the crew in seamanship. You do so an hour a day for three days, when you complete this training the crews morale is increased by 1.

One For All

Also at 2nd rank, you know that coin is always a good motivational tool for the crew. At the beginning of combat you may declare a 5 gp reward to all crew members if you win the combat encounter, the crews morale score is then increased by 1. At the end of combat, if this reward is not payed, the crews morale is decreased by 3. You may also declare a 10 gp reward instead, increasing the morale gained to 2.

Advanced Training

At 3rd rank, you begin to train the crew in more advanced forms of seamanship. The morale increased from training is now 2.

Raise Morale

Also at 3rd rank, you know its always good to grant extended breaks and grant quality of life to the crew. If the crews morale is below 3 you may make a Charisma (Persuasion) check to attempt to raise the crews morale by 1.

Mutiny

At 4th rank, you know how to deal with a troublesome crew. When you successfully persuade the crew against mutiny, you may role a d4 and add the number to the crews morale.

Combat Training

Also at 4th rank, you've begun to add vigorous combat into your training regiment. The crew gains a +1 to their combat rolls.

Mastered Training

At 5th rank, you've mastered the art of training others. The morale increased from training is now 3.

Seadogs

Also at 5th rank, you and your crew have been through a lot together and they are loyal. The maximum morale of the crew is increased by your proficiency bonus.
