Clockheart Realm
Clockheart is a Wellspring Realm that seemingly consists entirely out of clockwork gears of all possible sizes; some are as tiny as a child's fingernail or as gargantuan as a mountain.
Everything is in constant movement, be it as fast as a horse in full gallop or as slow as a snail. Accompanying this is the sound of cracking as if someone was continuously snapping bones.
This might not come as much of a surprise when nigh-everything within the Realm appears to be made out of solid white bone. Excluding of course the vine-like growths on some of the gears that resemble hair-thin blue blood vessels that pulsate with a reverberating rhythm.
The Crimson Light
And finally, there is the topic of the nigh absence of light. Almost every inch of this realm is submerged in pitch-black darkness, save for the occasional crimson beam through the gears. They alight the space of a merely few meters and lasts for only a handful of seconds before disappearing.
Their origin is both unknown, something far away and incredibly hot; each ray of light has a great enough temeperature to sear flesh from bone, but poses little danger if one just stay a few decimeter away from it. (Interestingly enough, it does not appear to damage the bloodvessels). Unfortunatly, one can never be sure when one will show up and at what angle. They may at one point appear in front of you, and in the next shoot out from the gaps in the clockwork behind you, at a thrity degree angle.
The center of something greater
Most of those who have ended up in Clockheart and managed to come back alive believe it to be the heart of some unknown biomechanical construct or possibly even a biomechanical deity of some sort. Some has even gone so far as to say that it is the very heart of Vael'Eteria itself. Others say it is the heart of Time that they wandered through.
Spaces in Clockheart
Most of the spaces in Clockheart are small and claustrophopic, and only offers enough room for a single individual to walk through them wthout too much trouble. Only rarely will Clockheart open up into more comfrotable areas where one can at least stretch out one's arms and jump up in the air without risk of being crushed between gears.
Effect on clocks
Effect on ordinary clocks
Interestingly, ordinary clocks usually stop working while they are present in this realm, no matter if they are digital or analog.
Effect on A.T.C:s
Astral Teleportation Clocks, however, gleams with a vague golden light and will start a count down from one hundred minutes. When it reaches zero, it automatically teleports its holder to somehwere within Avikhre, usually Central Point Library.
Afterward, the A.T.C will give off luminescent, blue smoke and won't work until at least twenty-four hours. The reason for their behavior is unknown, and reaching the clockwork realm via the Astral Teleportation Clocks again has so far proven to be an impossibility.
Escaping
How does one manage to leave Clockheart, one might ask. The only way possible, so far — if one excludes the A.T.C:s — is through a Door of Somewhere that one might stumble upon while traversing the Realm. Sometimes, however, accessing them might mean certain death by crushing, due to their placement.
It is believed that far too many find the only way to escape, is to give their life to Clockheart.

I'm loving these realms accessed through wellsprings. Very alien.
Glad to hear it!
