Amelia Lotus

Amelia is a young Thallain, barely out of her chrysalis, and quite weak willed. A kelpie from Manatee Bay, before her chrysalis and enslavement, she was a lifeguard at one of the hotels on the coastline (though a rather terrible one as she couldn’t help herself from drowning the nighttime swimmers and eating them). This is where she met Imogen Courtney.
Imogen, knowing of the kelpie’s weakness, used her Sovereign art to force Amelia to put on her bridle, to Amelia’s demise.
She now works as Imogen’s personal assistant and shuts down any attempts to disrupt her master’s manipulations with precise and ruthless efficiency.

A purple crystal hanging around Amelia’s neck, the amulet allows Amelia to spy on anyone she wishes. Spending a point of Glamour, she can invoke Tattletale and scry upon anything she has seen before, be it animal, plant or person.
Imogen likes to use this insider knowledge to her advantage to spring when her enemies least expect it.
