Volniyans
The faction of Volniy is the governing body and power of the Volniy Governorate, which spans over 4 islands. It is a strong trade and economic power of Mesonomornia.
Its military power is one of the greatest among the various factions of Mesonomornia. Upholding Platoons of Infantry troops, an inner technological branch responsible for providing Ranged soldiers and artillery.
Volniy's strongest suit is its Naval fleet. The Volniyan navy is of the most experienced navies in the region. Having gone for various expeditions, expansion missions to many islands, eventually governing a total of four, including Volniy itself. A big factor of it is the usual recruitment of new sailors. The navy recruits and trainers new sailors, to be navy soldiers, every week or two weeks. The sailors take part in learning and experiencing the duties of a sailor aboard an advanced ship. Learning the technical way of maintaining such a ship at the docks and at sea. After that, sailors are sent to work for the docks daily as part of their duty, and accompany trade ships as technicians, ever continuing their experience. This is the backbone of the Volniyan Navy, and sailor man the navy's war ships and support ships alike, eventually gaining expertise in one of them.
Overall, albeit its constant attempts at expanding, Volniy tries to uphold peaceful ties with the other nations and city-states.
