Albariya City
Albariya is a city-state to the east of Volniy city.
Its main population is of Humans, Elves and Halflings, with a small community of Dwarves and Deep Gnomes from Karlikisma, and is ruled by Volniy City. Albariya is home to vast deserts and wastelands. In the far deserts, populations of Kobolds are scattered throughout underground tunnels, and are overseen over by two metallic dragons. Albariya is bordered with a colony of Drow Elves, and keeps neutral relations through noninterference. This has led Volniy City to have well constructed and manned military posts on the Albariya parts of the island near the border, and right by the border itself. Albariya citizens take part in manning the military posts.
The Elves of Albariya are known to be very traditional and religious, following the Mornian pantheon and faith. This makes them much less eager to visit the vibrant secular land of Volniy City, though traders, scholars and military recruits are frequent to visit and stay for long periods in Volniy City. Albariya is known for its exotic minerals of gemstones, being a popular and active trade and mining city. The trade to and from Albariya are protected by the Volniy City navy, ensuring safe travels for the trade ships passing through Albariya, even to city-states outside the Volniy City Governorate. The Dwarves and Deep Gnomes of Albariya are known to be some of the best miners and expeditors in Albariya, and are in charge of running the mines. In addition, Albariya provides leathers and local food products of the island.

Albariya is governed by an elected city council, represented at the Volniy Parliament in Volniy City. They are ultimately ruled by Volniy.
