TD-12: Revenge To The Blind

General Summary

After the massacre the previous day, the party reflects on their mistake in different ways. While Jeldac and Lilith spend their time training themselves, Crater and Koreth had different experiences. While consulting his star maps, Crater finds a falling star, which manifests as a celestial owl (i.e. his familiar), while Koreth was given an assassination mission in his dreams. After meeting back up, the group talks about the aftermath, with Lilith trying to cheer everyone up. Feeling a bit better after Lilith's pep talk, Crater learns more about his familiar, as well as being given the staff back, before once again heading with the group back into the excavation site. In it, Crater reveals his new animal companion, which Lilith pledges to protect. However, she almost immediately finds some broken pottery and decides to start gathering it up instead of following the party (including said owl). After some more combat further in the excavation site, where Jeldac obliterates half by herself, the group decides to take a short rest back at the gates to decide their next move.
