Institute of Lysandus

The Institute Of Lysandus, initially founded in Vectulheld as a nameless training ground for soldiers during the War of the Flying Baron, it is a professional organization chartered by the Jarl of Rowan in order to regulate the hiring and training of mercenaries and skilled warriors in the province. The institute was founded in the year -68 by Lysandus under the supervision of the druids of Shesire.
This formed from a deal giving the Rowan Kingdom independence and the Scarlet Legion received generals and elite soldiers.

Purpose / Function

To train elite soldiers and generals for the Scarlet Legion, while also regulating the mercenary work in the Rowan Kingdom.
