Stonesguard
Stonesguard was a farming and dolomite quarry hamlet in the Kingdom of Brennis.
Industry & Trade
Most of the population worked in the quarry mining or cutting stone. They also worked on their own private garden plots to be able to provide for themselves.
Assets
Stoneguard produced a number of cut stones but primarily dolomite. Stone Shield functioned as the largest quarry in the Kingdom of Brennis.
History
Stoneguard was originally known as Camp Rosewall. The Acaron Duchess Rosewall and her crew made camp there after arriving in Orisia. She was incharge of the goings on there until she was discovered to be the benefactor of an Assassin who killed (TBC).
After the arrest of Lady Rosewall, her protector and captain of the local guard Talia Stoneshield was put in temporary charge of the area by Lionel Brennis. Shortly after, The Statehood was formed and Talia Stoneshield was given the title of Baroness.
For the next 25 years Baroness Stoneshield provided cut stone to the entirety of the Statehood. Despite her loyalty to the Statehood and it's people, she also had a soft spot towards The Kingdom of Brennis.
After the fall of the Statehood Baroness Stonesheild was made a countess and ruled for another 10 years before her death. Her one and only daughter Talia took her title and continued to rule over the province for some time.
During the Dead Sun occupation Stoneguard was subject to harsh working conditions. Talia II was executed and her family was either tortured or killed off. It was then ruled by Blood Ruler Skorskaar . Skorskaar had people from outside of town imported in to increase work production. While life in occupied Brennis was hard on everyone, the workers of Stoneguard were believed to have endured some of the worse conditions by their captures.
A desperate worker was able to make a deal with a demon in exchange for stolen goods and other trinkets. The demon was unleashed and attacked workers and guards alike before being killed by Skorskaar.
When the Sun returned, the workers quickly rebelled and drove the vampires out into the sun.
Freed from the Dead Sun's rule, the people of Stonesguard slowly recover.

Stoneshield Home - The stone home of the Lord of the region, which was later claimed by Lord Skorskaar.
Architecture
Most of the houses of Stonesguard were made from cut bricks from the quarry. While there are a few huts for newer workers, most of the original residents reside in stone buildings made from slightly lopsided bricks they they couldn't sell.
Natural Resources
Stonesguard is above a natural dolomite vein. The local area isn't particularly good for farming, but primarily above ground plants seem to grow decently.
