Personal history

Born in Kyros Arianna was once a mortal Human. She was only nine when the earth shatter war began and things went from bad to worse quickly. Her father who had been a member of the Royal Guard had died in an assassination attempt on the kings life. Her mother seeing the chaos that had enveloped Kyros fled north to Acaron and resided in the city of Endris. They were treated poorly by the locals and forced to live in the old district of the city where all other refugees had been placed. Peace did not last long there either and just three years later the World Quake happened. Most of Endris fell into the sea, save for the poor district. As the sun set now twelve year old Arianna wondered the chaotic streets trying to find her mother, but never did. Her mother, like the sun, was gone.   As the survivors on the isolated Old Endris started to ban together to form outposts, Arianna was sent to live with a handful of other children without parents in a makeshift orphanage ran by Mother Agatha, a priestess of Reus. It was there that she met Aglin and Vraxious. Eventually things on Endris got so poor that she and her brothers had to flee. On the night of Sky Fire she and her brothers escaped via a strange airboat that a gnome had made. The vessel was hit by fragments of Reus and plummeted into the cold sea.    It was there that she and her brothers all came in contact with a divine shard and became divine beings. They were told by a mysterious angelic like figure that they were gifted by Reus to become new gods of the world, and all they would have to do is find more fragments of him to do so.    Eventually Arianna found enough fragments of divinity to become a goddess. Her mortal form burned away and she was reborn as Hyperia, with no knowledge of her previous life.    The sun was now under her control and she ensured that it functioned properly. Hyperia was weak from her transformation, and reached out to a former priest of Reus named Donovin. She spoke to him directly and introduced herself and who she was. He heard her call and gladly agreed to help spread the word that new gods were here to stay.    Hyperia witnessed people suffering from the wrath of the Colossus but in her weak state could do very little. As people fled from Rodina she followed along with them Donovin, and the few followers he had, being her only point of influence. Once they had arrived in Orisia Donovin founded the small settlement of Solis. Life in Solid was simple and easy going, and Hyperia watched over her followers with judgement and control. Slowly she found herself getting stronger with each new follower that joined the fold. She blessed those she could, and those who were faithful to her earned her favor.    Just over 50 years later, The Dead Sun Empire attacked Solis and killed nearly everyone. Hyperia was crippled and couldn't do much to save any of her followers. Drakar had used vile magics to eclipse the sun with one of the moons and so she was powerless to stop them. As time passed she grew weaker and weaker, and eventually the sun outright died. She gave one final blessing to Dawn for him to help beat back the vampires of the Dead Sun. He used his divine blessing to bring back the sun and help fight back against the Vampires.    It was after this that she went completely silent. Her current fate is unknown, and with the death of Dawn, there are now no known followers of Hyperia.
