Baron Luko Redscribe was one of the original 12 Barons of the Statehood and helped establish it.
Originally Redscribe arrived to Orisia on a vessel from Berava with his father and sister. By the time their vessel arrived to Orisia, both had died, leaving Luko to be the last of his family line.
