An airship with an ambassador from Saithe that was bound for Cor crashes after reaching Eburlona, leaving no survivors.  Tensions Rise between Exul and Eburlona as a result.

An airship with an ambassador from Saithe that was bound for Cor crashes after reaching Eburlona. Without any survivors to speak the truth, suspicions fall on Eburlona crashing the airship in order to reverse-engineer airship technology.  As a result, both Exul and Eburlona launch investigations and tensions rise between the countries once more.
