Birth of Lebeshean Empire

Founding

This marks the rise to power of the Lebeshean Empire on the continent of Shalina.

Under it's nearly 800 year reign (depending on the start date), a lot happened in the Lebeshean Empire before it later collapsed. Of all the time, the most interesting was the period between 1 AD and 500 AD.   During this time, a king was replaced by a younger brother of his who had allegedly made a pact with some devil, demon, or other fiend-like creature.   A "strange black growth" then later appeared about 3-4 days travel from the Lebeshean captial, Kalesh. It was/has always been reported as spreading and looked to be the consistent with a moss or mold of some kind.   As this growth expanded, the amount of demon activity greatly increased in the region until it hit a decade of stagnation, followed by a century of rapid growth.
