Journeymen Program is Terminated

After many years of a somewhat successful educational program, the academy for the sake of safety officially terminated the Journeymen Program.

The Journeymen Program was officially terminated in 653 PD (about 60 years ago), but the program basically got shut down after an incident 100 years ago when a Journeymen was executed for attempting to save a member of royalty following a coughing fit. It was a misunderstanding, but ultimately caused others involved in the program to have second thoughts.
