First Elves Arrive in Material Plane

At this time a group of "supernatural people" known as the Auranos plane shifted the elves to the material plane in the northern region of Eisilfel. From here is where the city of Llurth Drier and other elvish civilizations would eventually develop.

The elves arrived in reality sometime between ~ 1 AD and ~25 AD. They were brought here by the Auranos (from the Feywilds) who were a group of powerful magical creatures rumored to have been "toyed with" by archfae and lived to tell the tale. These people were far beyond just masters of magic and their origin is at this time unknown to us.   The Auranos were highly skilled and even wrote books on Illusion and Enchantment based magics, some of which are still used in upper level magic classes in Eisilfel today.   Another notable thing about this plane shift event is that it is believed whatever plane shift magic was used by the Auranos caused some form of physiological change in the elves they brought with them. This caused a vast number of subspecies of elf to develop at a much faster rate than is typically normal.   Many of the elves the Auranos brought with them stayed in the north and migrated only short distances from their original plane shift point (a point close to modern day Thaneas). This is where the ancient city of Llurth Drier came from as elves found refuge in a cave due to the North's lack of natural resources.
