Silvansti

Oldest among the oldest, the Silvansti are the firstborn children of the Star Elves.  They hold vast power among their kind and are as old as the stars themselves.  Once a Star Elf reaches teh age of 8000 they are given the title of Silvanesti.  Holding seats of power and rule, many other elven kingdoms seek the wisdom of these ancient folk.  Great wizards and sages, Silvanstii pride themselves on magical prowess.

Immunity: To magic sleep spells and effects, and a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects

FEAT AND SKILL RACIAL TRAITS
Superior Senses: +4 racial bonus on Listen, Search, and Spot checks. A star elf who merely passes within 5 feet of a secret or concealed door is entitled to a Search check to notice it as if she were actively looking for the door

SENSES RACIAL TRAITS
Low-light Vision: Can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, or similar conditions of poor illumination

OFFENSE RACIAL TRAITS
Otherworldly Touch (Su): Between sunset and sunrise a star elf confers the ghost touch ability on any melee weapon she wields and any armor she wears, but only so long as she keeps the weapon in hand or wears the armor
Improved Caster: If has a caster class, prep spells as if you were 2 levels higher (ex: a level 3 wizard silvansti counts as level 5 for spells known and spell slots)
Ritual Caster: +1 Caster Level if within 30 feet of another Silvansti
