Magus Kingdom of Arcadia
Built in the Frozen Pass, the Magus Kingdom of Arcadia and those who reside within are a different breed of people; living in constant freezing weather will do that to a person. Primarily living here, the Spellscales, call this kingdom home.
The capitol of Arcadia is Skaar with its central location on the largest landmass of the Frozen Pass serves as a good defendable position from most invaders. Natural resources are scattered and scare but serve vital parts within Arcadia from Fishing and pelts to Frozen Iron and precious gems.
Black was the first expansion of Arcadia and prospered well with it being on the edge of the frozen wastes and the Proving Plains, the influx of exotic meats, pelts and spices was a blessing for the kingdom. However it was not to last, as the Wild Hunt came and destroyed it, leaving it in ruins. Present day its an abandoned city with both the homeless and nature taking the dead city.
