Vinogradnik Labs

Vinogradnik Labs is the preeminent authority on Arcea research. Though located on Venus they are independent of any country there due to the treaties signed during its founding. They are still bound by all international laws and officially have no political power. They were founded by Vinogradnik Farms but no longer have any association with them.
In recent years they have come under scrutiny as Mars blames them for awakening Anguish and accuses them of entering Earths orbit. These claims have yet to be substantiated.
