Mintisa

In contrast to Hindomas of Linia and Yandarma of Vilia, the capital of Dalia Mintisa was constructed over centuries with the intention of remaining secret and isolated. In their perpetual state of warfare with the barbaric Hingardi, the Dalians have learned the value of defensive positioning, and this is reflected nowhere better than in the seat of their government.
A tiny hamlet of barely six hundred citizens, Mintisa resides on a guarded plateau among the Jade foothills, rooted atop a high mesa surrounded by the infant peaks of an ongoing orogeny. The palace of the King of Dalia is carved into the mountain's interior, flanked by twin steps leading up to the town proper, and ordained with a majestic columned granite gateway several stories in height and reminiscent of a dwarven metropolis.
