Shifter--Heritage
You are a member of a rare bloodline who have passed through generations the ability to change their shape. The list below shows the specific species these bloodlines exist in, and what animal they're associated with. Each individual's animal form is unique and recognizable from one shifting to the next.
As an action you can polymorph into your animal form or back to humanoid. Your statistics do not change, only your size, appearance, and modes of movement. You cannot speak or cast spells that require components while in your animal form. You can take on your animal form a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1). After you have done so you can't shift again until you finish a long rest.
