Rai'jen clashes with Northern Barbarians

In Hosier of year 79, the Rai’jen patrol ship, The August Traveler, was captured by raiders from Northreach. Hitachi of Clan Seawolf was hidden among the crew and escaped to bring word of the ship’s capture back to Lord Hashimoto.
  Lord Hashimoto immediately sent a fleet of warships into the waters of Northreach to recover the crew. These ships, led by captain Takeo Shuiji, made land in Northreach and marched against the northern tribes. There they attacked the Northmen with great fury and managed to break into the settlement where the crew was being held. After rescuing the crew, the Rai’jen forces fought a running battle to escape from the barbarians. They only managed to escape because Captain Takeo remained behind to trigger an avalanche to bury the pass behind them.
