The God of Chaos alters the lifeforms of the world.

After watching the Oudanti for nearly a century, Brilla decided that the peace-loving race was far too boring for his taste, and so he went to the planet and touched many Oudanti. With his touch the Oudanti changed into many varied races, including all those that currently inhabiting Meaghana. Hosia was furious at this, and defeated Brilla and forbid him from Meaghana for 200 years.
