The Marriage of King Dorian to Lilandra of the House of Whitestaff of Drem.

Early in year 35, King Dorian chose as his wife Lilandra, youngest daughter of House Whitestaff from the city of Drem. As part of the marriage negotiations, King Dorian officially recognized the rule of the Council of Archmages over the city of Drem and the lands formerly known as Keltria.
  This caused a major political shift in Keltria, with the druidic council losing much of their former sway there. It also proved for the world to see that, with the absence of Meaghana, the druidic council no longer had the power to maintain their lands through magical forces.
