Plague of Olive Slimes

An unusual menace besets the city of Drem.

In Johnust of year 144, an outbreak of Olive Slime occurred within the sewers of the Magecity. It spread through the slums of the city quickly turning many of the poor and homeless into Olive Slime creatures.
    Two months later the slimes had become such a problem that the Council of Archmagi themselves had to intervene, but nothing they attempted managed to clear up the problem. Finally, it was Alvis Fedderin, Adventuring Mage of the school of Conjuration, who managed to destroy the olive slimes by summoning hordes of burburs to devour the slimes. His intervention was so well received that it resulted in him being named to the Council of Archmagi.
