The gods judge Hosia.

With the Waning Star destroyed, Omadon called forth a Tribunal of the Gods, to judge the incapacitated Lord of Time, with hopes that his scheme would earn the Serpent the portfolio of Evil, and lordship over the other dark Gods.
  Hosia was found guilty, and Meaghana was named the Queen of the Gods, and Omadon was in fact given the Portfolio of Evil.
  However, the ancient metallic dragons, that had been freed of their Orbs when the Waning Star was destroyed, plead mercy for the Timelord, and Hosia’s soul was cosigned to the one that loved him most, rather than the chill of the Astral Plane, as is standard. This turned out to be Brilla.
  After the Tribunal was over, the Brother Gods revealed their plot. Using the essences of the Dragons, and their own abilities. They reincarnated Hosia, as the Radiant Dragon, and Meaghana gave to him the Portfolio of Good, to combat Omadon’s new control over the forces of Darkness.
  As her next act, Meaghana rewarded Timandra for her service, and gave to her a new godly form, and the Portfolio of Balance, and then the Gods return to the planes, to let the world pass through the difficult adjustments that lay ahead of it.
