Recognizing the Lynxan

Establishes the rights of the Lynxan people in Drem.

During the rule of the Druids the Lynxan race was commonly put upon and were little better than a slave class. This was due to the druidic order considering the Lynxan an unnatural species, something akin to golems or created undead.
  This was officially reversed in Hosier of year 47 when the Council of Archmagi officially acknowledged the Lynxan as citizens of Drem with all the rights and privileges thereof. Furthermore, Lady Anora Kells, a former adventurer and powerful Abjurer that served as the head of the Council at the time, bequeathed her own personal fortune and vast collection of Lynxan artifacts to the tribes. This returned to the Lynxan lore and powerful magics that had been stripped from them for more than a thousand years.
