Church of Brilla comes to power.

During this time, as all of the races of Meaghana were recovering from the tribulation of the last few centuries. The Elves grew into a peaceful, powerful society.
  It was also during this time, that a High Elf named Creos became the High priest of Brilla. He was a greedy, power hungry elf. Something that Brilla would use well in the coming years.
