Theft of the Sands of Time

Brilla attempts to steal the Artifact from Hosia.

Brilla was unable to defeat Hosia no matter how he tried; he eventually came to believe that Hosia's power dwelt in the sands of time, a magical hourglass that allowed him to see the future. Brilla decided to hire someone to steal the Sands of Time. Brilla scoured the world until he came across the world's best thief, a Halfling named Lifter. Brilla appeared to Lifter and offered him his own kingdom if he would travel to the realm of the gods and steal the Sands of Time. Lifter agreed, and promptly left to do so.
  Lifter actually found the road of the gods and stole the Sands, however Hosia caught him as he returned to Meaghana. Upon being caught Lifter betrayed Brilla and told Hosia everything. In return Hosia made Lifter the god of thieves and treachery. Then Hosia trapped him in the middle of the planet. Over the next thirty years clerics of Lifter began to form.
