Meaghana is restored by Hosia's actions.

Hosia’s acceptance of the terms of the God’s truce turned out to be a simple ruse, as he led to the destruction of several of the God’s of Twilight Past and used their essences, and the assistance of mortal worshippers to raise Meaghana from the dead. This trickery weakened the great Timelord, and allowed the whispers of Omadon to poison him against his neutral essence.
  In opposition of this action, the Waning Star, a sentient piece of Hosia’s power began to act against the Timelord, and has manifested in Southern Asteria, hoping to conquer the country and use it to increase law and order on Meaghana.
