Soft Landing

When tourism picked up in the flying cities so too did the amount of accidents by falling. As such a magical inventor created the Soft Landing to try and relieve some of the costs that the cities were accruing for damages and the healing expenses. In combining the wool of a sheep or wool producing animal with the various spells like Feather Fall and Enlarge, the Soft Landing was ultimately produced.
Coming in various colours, the Soft Landing is a holdable piece of wool, that when squished and thrown down will expand at a rapid pace to cover a large area. If one fall's onto the soft wool they will only feel the comfort of a cozy hug instead of the crushing damage of the ground.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

By squishing and then throwing down, the fluffy wool expands to massive sizes to soften any fall thus negating fall damage.
