Tempest

An alien refugee from Vognild Prime, M'kk Dall'ton fled his planet after The Empire took it over. He and several other refugees fled to Earth, and warns that Grand Warlord Voss is following them. Taking the heroic moniker of Tempest, M'kk has moved from being one of a number of heroes in Halcyon City to being the big fish in Megopolis, the US's largest city. Tempest's powers focuses on using the control of the elements to produce and manipulate the air, lightning, cold, and water. He's mastered his control enough to do more than just damage with them, and has proved capable with healing and supporting his allies.
