An archaeology all-star, Dr. Blake Washington, Jr. discovered a hidden chamber during one of his digs that led to a secret room dedicated to Ra. Upon taking the staff in the room, Blake gained knowledge and power and became the next holder of the name Ra. Now, he is thought of as one of the world's top heroes - the protector of Megalopolis, the largest city in America.
