You have the following abilities when you have at least 1 Link Token:

• You create pockets of relative safety within the effects of your wild chains. When you use an ability or cast a spell that affects other creatures, you can choose yourself plus any number of creatures you can see. The chosen creatures take no damage and are unaffected by the effects from the ability or spell.
• When using Bind & Trawl or Lash & Grasp you can choose to not do damage to the target.
