Lunar Federation of Commerce

The LFC is the standing governmental body for the Lunar colonies. These colonies gained independence from Earth after the events of The Explorers Rebellion. Some say they were inspired by the actions of The Explorers, but they may have simply taken the opportunity, as the Earthling fleet was diminished.

Structure

The LFC is a congress made up of a number of local chambers, these chambers elect a handful of delegates each to represent the interests of the local chambers. These local chambers are made up of business owners and citizens.
The LFC resembles a night-watchman state.

Public Agenda

The LFC exists to facilitate collective bargaining with, and defense against, non-lunar entities.
