Alicia
Alicia is Winifred's maidservant at Schloss Hirschenwald. She has been in this position since Winifred was a small girl.
Alicia's son, Arlo, vanished several years ago under mysterious circumstances. Winifred suspects she may have inadvertently killed the boy with her magic, which she could not then control, but no one has spoken of the incident directly since it took place five years ago. Alicia stayed on at the castle, but since the incident, she has been taciturn in Winifred's presence, never looking directly at her lady when speaking.
