A people of music and art. Though some fear them because of their appearance, they are the kindest to walk Manloa and the first.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Their entire body is made up of their skeleton. The skeleton is that of a human; two arms, two legs, and a head branching off the main ribcage and pelvis. All cervical neck bones are not present. The skull floats about three inches above the top thoracic vertebrae. Every bone is bound by an invisible force, holding them together and moving them.

Genetics and Reproduction

When two Viossans bond for life they may choose to have a child. They create the child out of clay or another putty-like material. Each contributes a bone, most often a pinky, to the creation of the base. The base is 1/4 the size it will be when it is fully grown. The completion of the base end with both parents inputting a part of their life force, turning the base into a living Vossan.

Growth Rate & Stages

Once the creation is complete, the child must lay still for a minimum of five days for the bones to harden enough to support the movement. At the age of three years, all bones are fully hardened. At the age of ten years, all bones the skeleton is fully grown.

Ecology and Habitats

Often a location with little rain and wind is often best for their bones to stay healthy.

Dietary Needs and Habits

The intake of nutrients is not needed but is possible. After "swallowing", the food or drink promptly disappears to an unknown destination.

Their psionic abilities grow in strength every few years.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Hearing, sight, and smell of the average human. They have latent psionic power, allowing them to move light objects without contact.

Men will produce music and farm, often cotton. The women will sow the clothing and make paintings.

No courting is needed, for the two Viossans will both know at one point in their life, who their mate would be.

The most commonly use invention of theirs is a special craft of lute, infused with their psionics to play a song without the need of playing the instrument.

Common Dress Code

The wearing of clothing is not required by law, but it is often dangerous not to in fear of their bones degrading to fast.
