An outlier to The Everstorm Sea that separates itself from enterprise and market. This luxurious community is a vacation resort for the exorbitantly rich. While it is a tempting target for pirates and raiders, the rulers of the island have supposedly made deals with distant thieves' guilds and local pirate kings to keep itself off any hit list for the wise marauder. Pashel serves as an area of armistice though many officials of Fort Guillon see it as a disgusting smear on the map.
