The Board of Directors

The controlling organization of the Enigma Electric Agency. They are a group of 7 businessmen who all sit on the board and control the Electric company. Other businesses in other towns also fall under their purview; town records indicated that there are 7 businesses in total. Each one of the board members is in charge of one of the businesses.

Structure

The board always has 7 members but they do change for various reasons. Membership is not based on family (though it does help it is based on merit.

Culture

Often the members are very competitive with one another but this does not impede on their ability to make sure that the collective benefit is ignored.

Assets

Each business of the board is quite successful; although this can wane from time to time. They have vast amounts of capital that they can use.

Founding Date

1675 but it is rumored that the original founding members may have joined together much earlier.
