The Church of the Dragon is splintered into two factions.

As time went on, Tiamat and Bahamut started having very clear differences. The great Bahamut saw fit to protect the mortals fiercely, and erected strict military laws on the entire world, ensuring that all youngsters that came of age recieved martial training. Tiamat disagreed aggressively with this, and Bahamut banished her and her followers east, where she founded the Dictates of Many Colors.   Bahamut would encourage his people not to mourn this tragedy of an event, but to see forgiveness for Tiamat and her followers. Alas, Tiamat was not as forgiving, and would enact her vengeance many years later.
