The Blue Wardens

A group of Priests of Hysterion that operate around The Sovereign's Tear in The Tear District of Kladinsk, the Blue Wardens are responsible for the conversation and management of the waters that Kladinsk is built around. They oversee the Harbor to make sure that it is not overfished, and control the sluice works that help refresh the city's waters.
