Thallaspur Red Light District

Thallaspur has a large red light district, where the sex trade (as well as other “immoral” businesses) has created a booming source of income. A labyrinthine drainage system runs underneath this district, and its tunnels have become home to the Crow's Hook Thieves Guilds and other nefarious organizations.
