Rusted Pump

This wide, somewhat delapidated two story structure is the only operating tavern/inn in Shanty’s Market below Damarask.  Its size, central location, and sturdier build have made it the de facto meeting house for matters of import within Shanty's Market.  A number of underground factions keep a permanent presence within the Rusted Pump, including the Blackbirds and the Cult of Lith-Cyak.
