Matrix Arcanum

Located along Piigon's Meridian on the Sea of Tempests, the Matrix Arcanum is a citadel housing the largest collection of independent mages known to Grand Ymmarion.  
The mages tend to keep away from matters involving the Three Kingdoms or any of the other demi-human and humanoid civilizations, but it is thought they are always keeping a watchful eye on world events as they unfold.
The Matrix Arcanum contains within its walls the most extensive library on Grand Ymmarion, as well as an Academy of Magical Arts and Sciences.
