Queen of Xenphenia

Lady Helena Wildfron is the daughter of the late king Tarmaine of Xenphenia. Although Xenphenia's monarchy does not necessarily move along bloodlines (they instead opt to vote for the their ruler), Helena had proven her quality time and time again as a pirate and slavemaster. The chiefs of the other Xenphenian tribes easily recognized that she had the resourcefulness and the brutality to lead their nation.
Helena rules Xenphenia from her manor house in Telak-Arrosh.
