Dockmaster Sandy

Sandy has incredible respect for Lake Estel and works with Old Brother Brian to keep the docks in tip-top shape and well maintained order. As dockmaster, the calloused man keeps a record of all the comings and goings as well as detailed trade records. He is bald and tanned from years in the sun, and is often too busy to talk to the likes of strangers. Since Laketown relies heavily on the fish from Lake Estel, Sandy is responsible for noting all of the days catch and deciding how everything gets rationed.
